Uganda National Farmers Federation (UNFFE), held a Resource Mobilization strategic meeting with Gen. Salem Saleh the Chief Coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation (OWC) in Gulu City. This is a follow up to the proposal UNFFE, Uganda Co-operatives Savings and Credit Union (UCUSCU) and Uganda Cooperative Union (UCA) wrote to OWC about using Apex Farmers’ Organizations as a special purpose vehicle for service delivery by government.
Dr. Dick Kamuganga UNFFE President, Katungisa Kenneth UNFFE CEO, Perez Kawumi Deputy CEO and Caleb Gumisiriza Director Policy represented the farmers Federation.
